Suitable age:
Soft Play: 5 years and under
Ball Pit 2mx3m: Up to 8 years old
Jumping Castle: 10 years and under
Bubble House: kids and adults
Adult supervision at all times
No shoes, HEELS OFF please, socks on
No face paint/glitter/slime, etc.
No sharp objects
No food or drinks
Equipment stay in the play area
No pets
ALWAYS BE KIND AND HAVE FUN
We are servicing Sydney's North Shore, Northern Beaches, and Ryde. Hiring within the service area means FREE / NO delivery charges. Don't hesitate to contact us if your event is somewhere else in Sydney, we'll give you a quote depending on your distance from our warehouse.
All of our equipment hire includes 4 hours of non-stop play and fun. This period does not include our bump in and bump out, which needs an hour the least, all depending on the package size and venue access. Please advise us if you need to extend time and if your event finishes after 5pm (business hours), additional fees will apply.
Equipment is checked and cleaned before and after each hire. We make sure to provide quality and safe services to every rental, especially that we cater to little ones.
We would require a sign off that equipment was complete and of good condition after delivery set-up. We also need you to be onsite during agreed pack-up time.
We take pride as responsible small business owners. We are registered and have a public liability cover worth $10,000,000, certificate can be shown upon request at booking stage. Safety is our top priority, we have insurance cover specific to our inflatables.
Please consider that our equipment for hire is bulky and heavy. Stairs or elevator fees might apply. Failure to advise us may affect setting up your package.
As much as we want to accommodate your event, indoor venue is our much preferred option. Outdoor venue will ONLY be possible if there's zero chances of rain on the weather forecast and if a backup location is available. On bump-in, please ensure that the area for set-up is clear and ready.
A booking fee of $250 will save the date for your event. Of cancellation or postponement, this payment is non-refundable. We can only confirm your booking after receiving a receipt of payment, emailed to us at hello@funtasticplay.com.au. A $200 bond will be required to complete a booking. Please allow us 2-3 days post-event to thoroughly inspect the equipment hired, then process sending back the said bond.
Our soft and durable EVA mats come in WHITE, BEIGE, GREY and PINK. Talk to us about how you want to play around with these colours and what suits your party theme best.
